چکیده

روند فزآینده کمبود غذای سالم در بازار و تخریب محیط زیست دو چالش مهم در عصر حاضر به شمار می‌روند. صدور گواهی سلامت محصولات کشاورزی در صورت مدیریت صحیح می‌تواند نقش مهمی در حل چالش‌های مطرح شده ایفاء نماید. نظر به اهمیت صدور گواهی سلامت محصولات کشاورزی، تحقیق حاضر به بررسی اثرات صدور گواهی سلامت محصولات کشاورزی از دیدگاه کشاورزان پرداخته است. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه تولیدکنندگانی در کشور بود که در سال 1400 دارای مجوز محصولات گواهی‌شده از سوی وزارت جهاد کشاورزی بودند که تعداد آنها 638 نفر بود. از این میان 204 تولیدکننده به‌صورت تصادفی ساده به‌عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. ابزار جمع‌آوری داده پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بود و برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها علاوه‌بر آماره‌های توصیفی از ضریب تغییرات و تحلیل عاملی تأییدی استفاده شد. یافته‌های تحقیق نشان داد که از میان اثرات صدور گواهی سلامت محصولات کشاورزی در حال حاضر اثرات اجتماعی (با ضریب مسیر 868/0) مهم‌ترین اثر صدور گواهی هستند. پس از این اثرات به ترتیب اثرات مربوط به بهبود فرآیند تولید (845/0)، محیط زیست و پایداری (819/0)، فرآیندهای بازار و صادرات (799/0) و در نهایت اثرات مربوط به سلامت و ایمنی مواد غذایی (768/0) قرار دارند. از میان اثرات اجتماعی افزایش اعتماد مصرف‌کنندگان به کیفیت مواد غذایی (با بار عاملی 782/0) دارای اهمیت فراوان می‌باشد، لازم است تولیدکنندگان با افزایش کیفیت محصولات کشاورزی و تولید محصولات سالم‌تر براساس استانداردهای بین‌المللی زمینه افزایش اعتماد مصرف‌کنندگان را فراهم نمایند. از طرفی راه‌اندازی کسب‌و کارهای کوچک در طول زنجیره تأمین محصولات سالم کشاورزی می‌تواند فرصت‌های شغلی را برای روستاییان فراهم نماید و از این طریق به توسعه کشاورزی و روستایی کمک کند.

Analysis of the effects of issuing health certificates of agricultural products from the perspective of farmers

چکیده [English]

Present-day challenges include the growing tendency of unhealthy food shortages in the market and environmental degradation. If properly managed, issuing the safety and health certificate of agricultural products can be a significant factor in resolving the issues brought up. The purpose of the current study was included all the producers in the country who had a license for certified products from the Ministry of Jihad Agriculture in 2021, which numbered 638 people.. 204 producers were chosen at random from this group to serve as samples. A researcher-made questionnaire was employed to collect the data, and in addition to descriptive statistics, confirmatory factor analysis and coefficient of variation were also used to analyze the data. The findings of the research demonstrated that social effects are the health certification of agricultural goods' most significant effects, with a path coefficient of 0.868. The impacts relating to enhancing the production process (0.845), the environment and sustainability (0.819), market and export procedures (0.799), and lastly the effects relating to food health and safety (0.768) come after these effects. It is crucial for producers to build customer confidence in food quality (0.782) since it will have positive societal impacts. To do this, producers must improve the quality of agricultural products and create healthier items that adhere to international standards. However, the development of agriculture and rural communities can be aided by the establishment of small enterprises throughout the supply chain of healthy agricultural products.
