The main responsibility of those in charge of rural development is adoption of proper strategies for effective sustainable management of the various aspects of production, distribution and consumption. The aim of this study is to study resilience and flexibility of villages in terms of production, distribution and consumption in different economic sectors and also explain the role of spatial organization of elements in resilience in the Cheshmeh-Sara district. The research method is descriptive-analytic. The method of collecting information is library search in documents and field study. Random sampling method was applied and the sample size was chosen to be 320 people according to Cochran’s statistical method. The data was analyzed using GIS and the SPSS software package. Spatial regression results indicate the relationship between resilience and elements of the spatial organization. The villages have more suitable lands that experienced a higher resilience, but only a few villages did not have such a situation. The least associated was the resilience of the spatial organization of the population. There has been a lot of volatility in the networks. Although Alikandi and Al-Balagh villages have the highest weight in communication networks but they have a low resilience. To this cause, its local coefficient ranged from 0.3 to 0.7. In general, the results indicate that the elements of spatial organization are resilient. The estimated local coefficient for them is 0.85, which indicates the high correlation of the entire village. Improving the quality of communication networks, creating small rural and domestic businesses, including the production of sweat, nuts, vegetable drying, dairy production that maintain the rural population, can increase rural resilience.

Proper water management in orchards will make optimal use of water, soil, fertilizer resources and production of large amounts of high quality products. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to analyze adoption of the decision to apply proper irrigation in grape orchards by grape growers in the Khorramdarreh Township in order to produce better high quality products through efficient use of water while saving it. This study was done using a descriptive-analytical survey. Data were collected through structured interviews with grape growers by using questionnaire tools. A sample containing 260 people of 3942 grape growers in the Khor’ramdar’reh Township were selected by the multi-level sampling method who were interviewed. The results of the comparison of knowledge, intent, and implementation of applying proper irrigation method the three groups showed that this difference exists between both group 1 (non-members in the plan) and groups 2 (the cover of Toba plan 2001-2008) and 3 (grape growers under the cover of garden development plans 2008-2011) and between groups 2 and 3. Generally, the average score of knowledge, intent, and implementation of grape growers in group 3 were higher than that of groups 1 and 2, and the average score of knowledge for group 2 was higher than that of group 1. As a result of knowledge, intent, implementation in adoption of a proper irrigation method is higher among group 3. Therefore, reforming and Improving Grape Orchard Plan has increased the adoption of a proper irrigation method by grape growers in the Khor’ramdar’reh Township.

Drought is one of the most serious natural disasters in terms of extent and magnitude of the economic damage it entails and the irreparable damages it causes to the agricultural sector and the water resources of the country. This research study was conducted to investigate water management solutions by small scale farmers in drought conditions in the Isfahan province. This study is based on the nature of quantitative research, it is of the non-exponential type in terms of control of variables, and it is done by the descriptive-correlation method in terms of method and it is in the form of applied research. The statistical population consists of all small-scale farmers in the Isfahan province and the study was done in drought conditions. According to the statistics center of Iran, the total number of small scale farmers in the Isfahan province is about 166030 people. The sample size in this group was selected to be 394 people using the Morgan’s table. The sample size in this group was determined using Morgan table and a sample of 394 persons were chosen by the proportional allocation method. The main instrument for collecting data is a questionnaire whose face validity was confirmed by professors and its reliability was confirmed by the Cronbach's alpha coefficient (0.95). The results show that small-scale farmers use various methods for water management in dealing with droughts that were identified through factor analysis in three categories of water management, farm-management, technical management, information management and social capital management.

Rural tourism serve as one of the appropriate options for making money, creating jobs, positive developments and positive developments in villages that are considered. Therefore, the main objective of this research study is to identify the capabilities Meymand village for tourist attraction and development of a tourism development strategic plan by using a set of internal factors (strengths, weaknesses) and a set of external factors (opportunities, threats). The research is of the descriptive type and analytical methods are used for data processing. Collecting information and data required by a library study and field studies were conducted by the researchers , the information collected was analyzed by using the SWOT technique (to find strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats) and proper regional tourism development strategic plan was adopted. As a result, seventeen strengths and opportunities were identified in the village versus twelve weaknesses and threats. It affects tourism functions in Meymand. The results from strategic SWOT study imply that among the internal and external factors affecting the development of tourism in Meymand, the T4, O8, W4, S4 parameters have weights of 0.39, 0.51, 0.6, and 0.72 respectively. Moreover, the internal factors (3.21) and external (3.26) for assessment matrices indicate that the conditions of the region for tourism are at their optimal points. The result of the strategies adopted from SWOT indicated that (SO) with a score of 3.41 is the top priority, and (ST) with a score of 3.29, (WO) with a score of 3.17, (WT) with a score of 3.05 are successively the next priorities in the Merman tourism plan for the year 2016.

Rural tourism development can bring opportunities to rural communities such as economic growth, socio-cultural development, quality of life improvement and preservation of natural, cultural and environmental resources. So, identifying talented villages and planning for tourism development in these areas is essential. In this study, villages with tourism attractions in Lahijan County of Guilan province were studied and ranked based on 30 indices in eight general categories using information collected from management and planning organization of Guilan Province in 2018. In order to determine the weights of the understudy indices, the views of 10 experts, were analyzed using analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy analytic hierarchy process. Then, in order to prioritize the 10 selected villages of Lahijan County, additive ratio assessment, weighted aggregated sum product assessment and combined compromise solution, were used. The results of the criteria weighting showed that the criteria of natural features of the village and the economic criteria had the highest and the lowest importance, respectively. The results of three ranking methods showed that Sheikhanvar village with the tourism attractions of Sheikh-Zahed Guilani tomb and Sheikhanvar cave ranked first among all other villages. Development of tourism infrastructures in tourism target villages of Lahijan County based on the priority presented in this study can improve the tourism sector's contribution to the economy of Lahijan County.

The aim of this study is to examine and rank the factors affecting branding of agricultural products in Isfahan’s rural cooperative companies. This research study is applied in terms of its purpose and field survey research in terms of its nature and method. The statistical population consists of managers of rural cooperative companies in the Isfahan province with 150 companies in 2018, of which 110 were selected at random according to the Krejcie & Morgan Table. The data gathering tool in this research study was a standard questionnaire consisting of 44 questions. The Cronbach's alpha for this questionnaire was 0.78. In this study, the SPSS software package, Spearman correlation test and regression analysis were used to analyze the collected data. Also, Friedman test was used to rank the effective factors (barriers and drivers) on potato in three groups of government, producer and consumer in the sample. The results of the research study showed that the factors influencing brand-building are government, producer and consumer, respectively. The results of regression test indicate the effect of 32, 24 and 22 percent of government, producer and consumer role on potato product branding. Government-supported leverage, lending facilities, and the requirements for branding of agricultural products are among the most influential factors in the state. The results also showed that the factors affecting branding from the perspective of producers including awareness of branding with a positive effect on the price of potatoes and the cost of brand creation have a negative effect on product branding. In addition, the final consumer is also affected by the quality and packaging components with a positive impact, and the single sale of the product and the price has a negative effect on the brand-name product of potato.

Although it is important to improve all rural areas in the process of rural development, it is more important to pay attention to disadvantaged and less privileged areas in order to meet their basic needs and mitigate their differences. The first step in the process of planning and development of rural areas is to identify the facilities and determine the extent to which the settlements have different development opportunities. The aim of this study is to analyze and rank the levels of development and recognition of the most favored and deprived villages in Boyer Ahmad County. This is an applied study based on its purpose and descriptive-analytical based on the nature and method. The statistical population of the study is the districts of Boyerahmad County. In order to evaluate and rank the development levels of the villages, 38 indices were adjusted based on data from villages in 2016. These variables were weighted using Shannon entropy method and Topsis technique was used for data analysis. The results show that rural areas are at different levels in terms of development indicators. One district is in the relatively developed class, 3 districts are in the developing class, and the other 5 are in the relatively deprived class. In order to improve the status of rural development, it was suggested that in order to achieve balance in rural areas of the city, the attention goes to a decentralization policy in rural servicing.

This paper has taken the tourism development evaluation of Nour Township sample villages using cross-sectional survey methodology under consideration. Moreover, it studies the dimensions and effective characteristics in tourism stability. The study collected information using document and library methods. The target population of this study is target villages and tourism sample of Noor city. The study area (target villages and tourism sample of Noor city) has 14 villages and 1574 households. Based on Cochran's formula, 310 household heads were selected as the sample size. The collected data were analyzed by descriptive and inferential statistics using Spearman test and the barometric model. The goal of this paper is to answer the question: “how is the stability evaluation in socio-cultural tourism development in target villages, and tourism sample in the Nour township. For this purpose, the present study evaluates sustainability of tourism and the role of each factor in a time period (Spring Summer 97) by developing a practical method. The results of field research and evaluation of these indicators in rural areas of the Noor city indicate that there is a significant relationship between tourism development and sustainability of target villages and tourism sample of Noor city in socio-cultural dimensions of existence and socio-cultural dimensions of 0/488. It has a medium stability level.
