چکیده
طی سال‌های اخیر تولیدات دامی ارگانیک با افزایش توجه و استقبال تولیدکنندگان، سیاست‌گذاران و مصرف‌کنندگان سراسر دنیا همراه بوده است. تحقیق حاضر باهدف شناسایی و تحلیل موانع تولید شیر ارگانیک در استان اردبیل و به روش توصیفی-همبستگی انجام گرفت. جامعه آماری این پژوهش کارشناسان امور دام سازمان جهاد کشاورزی و شرکت‌های خدمات مشاوره‌ای دامپروری استان اردبیل بود (200=N) که با استفاده از فرمول کوکران، حجم نمونه 130 نفر تعیین شد. روش نمونه‌گیری و انتخاب افراد در جامعه روش طبقه‌ای با انتساب متناسب بوده است و در داخل طبقه‌ها تعداد نمونه مورد نیاز به‌طور کاملاً تصادفی انتخاب شدند. ابزار اصلی جمع‌آوری داده‌ها، پرسشنامه بود که روایی محتوایی آن توسط کارشناسان و صاحب‌نظران تولیدات ارگانیک تأیید شد. پایایی ابزار سنجش با استفاده از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ تأیید گردید که مقدار آن 95/0 بهدست آمد. نتایج تحلیل داده‌ها حاکی از شناسایی نه مشکل اصلی شامل ناکارآمدی زیرساخت‌های نهادی، زیرساخت‌های تحقیقاتی، زیرساخت‌های بازار، تدوین و اجرای دستورالعمل‌ها، زیرساخت‌های فرهنگی و روان‌شناختی، وجود ریسک تولید، خدمات ارائه‌شده به تولیدکنندگان، ناکافی بودن سطح دانش و اطلاعات دامداران و ناکارآمدی مدیریت واحدهای دامی داشت. این عوامل درمجموع 75/69 درصد از کل واریانس مربوط به متغیرهای موانع و مشکلات تولید شیر ارگانیک را تبیین کردند. بنابراین کاربست دامپروری ارگانیک و توسعه آن مستلزم شناسایی، رفع و تدوین خط‌مشی‌های مناسب است.

چکیده [English]
During recent years, animal organic productions have been of interest to producers, policy makers and consumers around the world. The aim of the present study is identification of organic milk production difficulties in the Ardabil province by using the cross – correlation method. The population under study included 200 livestock experts and consultancy company staff of this province and the effective sample size used was 120 that was obtained by Cochran statistics. The sampling and selection technique used for choosing the sample society was the stratified random sampling technique. The main tool of data collection was a questionnaire whose validity was not only confirmed by experts but its Cronbach alpha coefficient was 95%. The results showed that the 9 main difficulties were inefficiencies of institutional infrastructure, research infrastructure, market infrastructure, development and implementation of guidelines, cultural and psychological inadequacy of infrastructure, existence of production risk, and ineffectiveness of the services offered to producers, inadequacy of knowledge and information ranchers and inefficiency of management of animal units. These items covered 69.75% of the total variation related to the difficulties of organic milk production in this province.
