One of the important factors that fail to achieve the goals of agricultural development and increase production and income of farmers in developing countries is the inadequacy of the marketing system of agricultural products. The research method is descriptive-analytical and the type of research is applied. The farmers' analysis unit has been producing medicinal plants and rural experts. In this study, two strategic planning and management tools, namely SWOT and QSPM, were used. Based on field and documentary studies, 14 strengths and opportunities were identified as advantages and 24 weaknesses and threats as limitations and bottlenecks in the marketing of medicinal plants. According to the final score in the internal factors evaluation matrix IFE = 2.12 and in the external factors evaluation matrix EFE = 1.725, "defensive" (minimum-minimum) strategies were found to be desirable. Also, with the help of Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM), 11 defensive strategies were prioritized. In the meantime, the strategy of "reforming the marketing system of medicinal plants in the country" by identifying target markets for effective presence in the international trade of medicinal plants, determining a traceable code on the export shipments of medicinal plants, establishing specialized companies for exporting medicinal plants And standards and the like, with a score of 3.758, were prioritized as the focal strategy. Obviously, in this regard, adopting appropriate policies and strategies based on realistic knowledge of the current situation, can lead to an increase in the share of medicinal plants in global markets while making optimal use of available resources (water and soil) and meeting domestic needs.

Combining entrepreneurship and ecotourism is one of the best ways to diversify the economies of communities, especially rural areas, to create jobs and generate wealth and prosperity. And when agriculture alone is not able to provide the job opportunities needed by young people, it creates new job opportunities in industry and services. The purpose of this study is to identify the components, indicators and their effects in order to properly manage and implement "ecotourism entrepreneurship" in Azarshahrchay valley and make maximum use of the potential of this region. In this regard, in this study, first the standard indicators of ecotourism entrepreneurship development were extracted through library resources. Then, using Micmac software, which is designed to perform complex cross-matrix calculations in future research and study of quality indicators, the relationship and impact of each of the components in the field of entrepreneurship was determined. Judgments about the impact of each indicator on trends in this software were made based on interviews, questionnaires and field studies. The statistical population of the study is the residents of the villages of Azarshahrchai valley, especially the owners of ecotourism-related businesses. Findings show that the general entrepreneurial environment of ecotourism in the region is unstable due to lack of proper planning, weak legislation and long and tedious investment administrative process. The results suggest that "geographical diversity" as a potential for the development of ecotourism entrepreneurship in Azarshahrchai Valley, for reasons such as economic barriers, weak legislation, lack of bank credit to encourage entrepreneurship and inadequate administrative system and long and tedious bureaucracy, The syntax is not used well. To the extent that components such as the clarity of laws, the protection and encouragement of laws, bank credit and income as incentives are more than "geographical diversity". Also, among the effective socio-behavioral characteristics of entrepreneurs, the effect of "risk-taking" is more than success. And this means entrepreneurship in the Azarshahrchai valley is facing a lot of risk.

The concept of livability has emerged alongside sustainability as a slogan in public discourse and planning. In relation to the creation or preservation of cities, planners and policymakers cite the concept of livability as a guiding principle for investment and decision-making and shaping the urban social, economic, physical and biological environment, and livability. Are considered the standard of living and the general desirability of people living in a settlement like the city. One of the basic preconditions for planning in order to improve the quality of life and increase the level of sustainability in various communities is to identify the factors and elements that provide and affect urban viability that play a major role in strategic planning of the government. The present study aims to determine a framework for urban biodiability by evaluating strategic factors. The type of research is descriptive, analytical and survey according to the applied-development goal and in terms of nature and method. The information and data required for the research have been collected using documentary and field methods and from the opinions of experts. In order to analyze the data, Excel and SPSS software were used and to determine strategies and viability strategies, the SWOT model was used. Findings indicate that the city of Yasuj with a total of 29 strengths and opportunities with a weight score of 3.15 and 4.01, respectively, as advantages, has great potential for viability in various dimensions. But at the same time, 30 weaknesses and threats facing this region with a weight score of 3.49 and 3.44, respectively, as limitations show that it also faces challenges and problems. Therefore, raising the score of opportunities and weaknesses (OW) according to experts, the most important strategy for officials to make better use of opportunities and strengthen strengths and reduce weaknesses and prevent harm is a review strategy.

Income inequality is one of the most important issues that is of serious concern to economic policymakers due to its impact on various aspects of economic welfare and food. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to investigate the relationship between the increase in the agricultural value added and income inequality. For this purpose, the Pooled Mean Group (PMG) approach has been used for the period of 2005-2014. The results show that the effects of increasing the agricultural value added on income inequality are negative and different results are obtained at sub-sectors. The most important finding of this research is that agricultural policies have very different results in sub-sectors and regions. Therefore, it is suggested to change the macro-sector approach of the agricultural sector and replace it with the macro-sub-sector approach. In the following, development policies appropriate to each province and depending on the nature of the subdivisions of each province should be taken into consideration.
