چکیده

بررسی تفاوت‌های منطقه‌ای کیفیت توسعه در مناطق روستایی پیش‌نیاز مهمی برای تدوین برنامه‌ها و سیاست‌های خاص احیاء و بازآفرینی روستایی است. وضعیت واقعی توسعه روستایی نیز از طریق شاخص‌های توسعه قابل ارزیابی است. از این رو، پژوهش حاضر تلاش می‌کند تا کیفیت توسعه روستایی در سطح منطقه و نابرابری‌های فضایی آن در استان لرستان را مورد بررسی قرار دهد. تحقیق حاضر از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر روش انجام، توصیفی- تحلیلی می‌باشد. رویکرد پژوهش نیز اثباتگرایانه و پوزیتیویسم است. اطلاعات و داده‌های این پژوهش به دو صورت اطلاعات و داده‌های واقع‌گرایانه (آمار و اطلاعات ثانویه) و داده‌های استخراج شده از نظر کارشناسان (اطلاعات ذهنی) گردآوری شد. جامعه آماری پژوهش در بخش ذهنی، شامل کارشناسان در رشته‌های مختلف بوده که با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری غیر احتمالی هدفمند 50 نمونه برای تکمیل پرسش‌نامه انتخاب شد. با ترکیبی از روش تحلیل سلسله مراتبی و مدل خود همبستگی فضایی عناصر و شاخص‌های کیفیت توسعه روستایی و الگوی فضایی آن در استان لرستان در سال 1402 انجام شد. نتایج نشان داد که عناصر کیفیت توسعه روستایی در استان لرستان شامل چهار بعد توسعه اجتماعی با وزن (161/0)، زیست پذیری محیطی (159/0)، احیاء و توسعه صنعتی (129/0) و ثروت/ اقتصاد روستایی با وزن (125/0) هستند. الگوی فضایی کیفیت توسعه روستایی در استان لرستان نشان داد که در هر یک از ابعاد کیفیت توسعه روستایی تفاوت‌های فضایی آشکاری وجود دارد. کیفیت توسعه مناطق روستایی در استان لرستان از یک الگوی شمال به جنوب (در مرکز)، شرق، غرب و مرکز «بالاترین-بالا-کم-پایین‌ترین» تشکیل شده است. الگوی فضایی شناسایی شده برای تعیین مسیرهای توسعه متمایز و بالا بردن کیفیت توسعه روستایی قابل استفاده است. بهبود ساختار معیشتی ساکنان، بهینه سازی ساختار صنعتی و گردش کار، افزایش فرصت‌های شغلی روستایی و بهبود کیفیت اشتغال، ایجاد امکانات آموزشی به منظور ارتقای دانش منابع انسانی و تقویت ثروت و اقتصاد روستاها پیشنهادات کلی در جهت افزایش کیفیت توسعه روستایی در استان لرستان می‌باشد.

چکیده English

Investigating the regional differences in the quality of development in rural areas is an important prerequisite for formulating specific programs and policies of rural restoration and recreation. The actual state of rural development can also be evaluated through development indicators. Therefore, the present study seeks to examine the quality of rural development at the regional level and its space inequalities in Lorestan province. The present study is descriptive-analytical in terms of practical purpose. The research approach is also positivist and positivism. The information and data of this study were compiled in two ways of realistic information and data (secondary statistics and information) and the extracted data (mental information). The statistical population of the research in the mental sector includes experts in various disciplines, which were selected by 50 samples using a targeted non -possible sampling method to complete the questionnaire. A combination of the hierarchical analysis method and the spatial correlation of the elements and indicators of rural development quality and its spatial pattern in Lorestan province in 1402. The results showed that the elements of rural development quality in Lorestan province include four dimensions of weight development (0.161), environmental biodiversity (0.159), industrial resuscitation and development (0.129) and rural wealth/economy (weight Are 125/0). Space Pattern of Rural Development Quality in Lorestan Province showed that there are obvious space differences in each of the dimensions of rural development. The quality of rural development in Lorestan province consists of a north-south pattern (in central), east, west and the "Highest-Balas-Kam-Most-Most" center. The identified spatial pattern can be used to determine distinct development paths and improve the quality of rural development. Improving the livelihoods of residents, optimizing industrial structure and workflow, enhancing rural job opportunities and improving employment quality, creating educational facilities to enhance human resource knowledge and enhancing rural wealth and economy. It is.
