چکیده

امروزه، علیرغم اهمیت انکارناپذیر پرورش زنبورعسل در جوامع مختلف به‌واسطه کارکردهای اقتصادی، اجتماعی و زیست‌محیطی (نظیر تسهیل گرده‌افشانی گیاهان)، این بخش با مشکلات و فرصت‌های مغفول‌مانده‌ای روبه‌رو است که عملکرد و توسعه آن را با محدودیت مواجه ساختهاست. به همین دلیل، پژوهش حاضر تلاش کرده‌است تا مشکلات و فرصت‌های پیش‌روی پرورش زنبورعسل در شهرستان فریدونشهر را شناسایی و تحلیل کرده و پیشنهادهایی را در راستای توسعه این صنعت ارائه کند. داده‌های مورد استفاده در سال 1401 و با ابزار پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته جمع‌آوری شد. حجم نمونه مورد مطالعه 140 زنبوردار بود که با روش نمونه‌گیری طبقه‌ای از میان زنبورداران شهرستان فریدونشهر (210 زنبوردار) انتخاب شدند. نتایج حاصل از آمار توصیفی و تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی آشکار کرد که عرضه عسل تقلبی در بازار و مشکلات فرهنگی و اجتماعی نظیر کمبود مکان برای استقرار زنبورستان‌ها و استفاده غیراصولی از مواد شیمیایی در کشاورزی از عمده‌ترین مشکلات پیش‌رو هستند و 67/12 درصد واریانس کل را به خود اختصاص داده‌اند. همچنین، فرصت‌های طبیعی نظیر اقلیم و پوشش گیاهی مناسب شهرستان جهت پرورش زنبورعسل و وجود منابع آبی باکیفیت و فراوان در نزدیکی زنبورستان‌ها با تبیین 70/22 درصد واریانس کل، مهمترین فرصتهای پیش‌روی پرورش زنبورعسل در شهرستان فریدونشهر هستند. در نهایت پیشنهاد شد تا در قالب زنبورداری قراردادی، نهاده‌های مورد نیاز زنبورداران مایل به تولید محصولات ارگانیک تأمین شده و با ملزم نمودن آن‌ها به رعایت استانداردهای لازم، محصولات آن‌ها تحت عنوان ارگانیک فروخته شود تا از فرصت‌های طبیعی مغفول‌مانده این شهرستان به‌نحو شایسته استفاده شود.

Challenges and opportunities facing beekeeping sector in Fereydunshahr county

Nowadays, despite the undeniable importance of the beekeeping in different communities due to its economic, social and environmental functions (such as facilitating the pollination of plants), this sector is facing some challenges and neglected opportunities that have limited its performance and development. Hence, the current research tries to identify and analyze the challenges and opportunities of beekeeping in Fereydunshahr county and provide suggestions for its development. Data were collected with a researcher made questionnaire. The sample size was 140 beekeepers who were selected by stratified sampling method among the beekeepers of Fereydunshahr county (210 beekeepers). The results of descriptive statistics and exploratory factor analysis demonstrated that the supply of counterfeit honey and cultural and social challenges (12.67% of variance) such as the lack of space to establish apiaries and the improper use of chemicals in agriculture are the main challenges. Also, the natural opportunities (22.70% of variance) include the suitable climate and vegetation for beekeeping activities and the presence of high quality and abundant water resources near the apiaries are the most important opportunities for beekeeping in Fereydunshahr county. Finally, in accordance with challenges and opportunities identified in the beekeeping sector in Fereydunshahr county, some solutions were suggested in order to improve and develop beekeeping industry in this county.
