توانمندی اقتصادی- اجتماعی زنان روستایی و عوامل مؤثر بر آن (مورد مطالعه: اعضای صندوق‌های اعتبارات خرد زنان روستایی استان زنجان)

چکیده
در دنیای کنونی نیل به اهداف توسعه بدون استفاده از ذخایر نیمی از جمعیت جامعه یعنی زنان امری غیرممکن است. توانمندسازی اقتصادی-اجتماعی زنان یک پیش نیاز برای توسعه پایدار و رشد اقتصادی به شمار می­آید، بنابراین هدف از این پژوهش که در سال 1398 اجرا گردید، شناسایی تبیین‌کننده­های توانمندی اقتصادی-اجتماعی زنان روستایی و عوامل مؤثر بر آن در استان زنجان بود. دیدگاه کلی حاکم بر پژوهش با توجه به ماهیت و نوع پژوهش دیدگاه کمّی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل اعضای صندوق‌های اعتباری خرد زنان روستایی در استان زنجان بودند (636=N) که 154 نفر از آنان با استفاده از فرمول کوکران و با روش نمونه­گیری تصادفی طبقه­­ای به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. ابزار اصلی جمع‌آوری اطلاعات از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بود که روایی صوری آن توسط اساتید صاحب نظر و پایایی آن از طریق ضریب آلفای کرونباخ مورد تأیید قرار گرفت و مقدار آن برای بخش‌های مختلف پرسشنامه بین 86/0 و 96/0 بدست آمد. نتایج حاصل از تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی نشان داد پنج نشانگر؛ مشارکت در فعالیت‌های درآمدزا، توانمندی فردی و فکری در امور اقتصادی و مالی، مشارکت در تصمیم­های اقتصادی خانوار، همیاری و حمایت در مورد مسائل اقتصادی و کنترل بر هزینه­کرد منابع مالی در مجموع توانستند 44/68 درصد از کل واریانس نشانگرهای توانمندی اقتصادی زنان روستایی را تبیین کنند. همچنین، طبق نتایج تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی، مهم­ترین مؤلفه‌های مؤثر بر توانمندی اقتصادی زنان روستایی در استان زنجان در پنج عامل تعامل با محیط اجتماعی، توانمندی ذهنی و مالی، آموزش و ارتباطات اجتماعی، مشارکت خانگی و اقتصادی و آزادی و اختیار عمل خلاصه شدند. این عوامل در مجموع توانستند 59/40 درصد از واریانس کل را تبیین نمایند. در نتیجه زنان روستایی باید در معرض و بستر مناسب اجتماعی قرار بگیرند و جامعه با مشارکت اقتصادی آنها همراه باشد تا زمینه های اقتصادی و اجتماعی لازم برای توانمندی زنان روستایی فراهم گردد.

چکیده English

The purpose of this research was to identify the determinates factors of economic empowerment and effective factors on it of rural women in Zanjan province. The statistical population of the study consisted of all members of rural women's microfinance funds in the province of Znjan (N=636) that 154 of them were selected according to Cochran formula. This research was a survey and a researcher-made questionnaire was used to data collection. Reliability of the questionnaire by calculating Cranach's alpha (α= 0.96 & 0.86) and Validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by a panel of experts. The results of ranking the determinants of economic empowerment of rural women by exploratory factor analysis showed, participation in income generation activities, individual and intellectual ability in economic and financial affairs, participation in household economic decisions, assistance and support on economic issues and cost control over funds were able to explain 68.44% of the total variance. Also, according to the results of exploratory factor analysis the most important explanations for the economic empowerment of rural women in Zanjan province submitted in 5 factors included: Interact with the social environment, mental and financial empowerment, education and social communication, home and economic partnership and freedom and authority to act. These factors were able to explain 40.59% of the total variance.
