One of the major problems in agriculture in Guilan province is land use change. The change of use of agricultural lands in this province annually removes part of the fertile lands from the production cycle. The main purpose of this study is to identify the factors which affects the change of use of agricultural lands in the village of Belgor. The present study is applied in terms of purpose and has a descriptive -analytical nature. Survey was used to collect information. The statistical sample of the study include local experts of the village and n=50 people were selected. The research instrument is a research-made questionnaire whose formal validity was confirmed by experts and its reliability was confirmed by pre-test and Alpha Cronbach (0.86) coefficient. The factor analysis technique was used for analyzing data through SPSS software. The results of factor analysis determined four elements as the most important factors affecting land use change including ; the governing Factor , the cause of life problems in the village, economic Factor and environmental Factor. These four factors identified 66.57% of the agricultural land use change factor. According to the results, the most important driving force in changing the use of agricultural lands in the village of Belgor is the governing Factor. By focusing on this issue, amending and enacting new laws can prevent the upward trend of lands use change in this village.

Villages can play a key role in achieving the goals of a resilient economy through the absorption of a large portion of the country's resources, which requires addressing the challenges ahead. The purpose of this study was to identify and analyze the challenges facing the realization of resistive economy in rural areas of Roodbarjanob descriptive-analytical method. The type of sampling in this study is stratified random. For this purpose, 7 villages with a population of over 100 and capable of agriculture (as the most important activity in the area) were selected from the settlements of this village as a total sample of 1119 According to Cochran's formula and calculating the 6% error, 167 people were selected as the sample. This process was implemented in 1396. Factor analysis was used to analyze the data and prioritize the challenges. At the end, the villages were ranked by using Prometheus software. The results showed that among the most important challenges in the realization of the resistive economy, the environmental hazard component has the highest impact factor. The results of Prometheus software showed that Aliabad and Abdul Abad villages were in the first priority with respect to the specified factor indices. Considering that these villages are the cradle of different economic talents, it is suggested to implement spinning, matting, poultry, livestock and bee projects, beeswax, various agricultural projects and medicinal plants cultivation. It could be a groundbreaking development for Brzeg in the countryside.

The agriculture sector though is one of the most important economic sectors in the country, but is faced with major limitations. The purpose of this research is to study the barriers of agricultural development from farmers perspectives in the Qaratureh district. The statistical population of the study consisted of 2800 farmers from 27 villages of the Qaratureh district. The statistical population mentioned included, a number 338 farmers who were selected by using stratified random sampling method and based on Krejcie and Morgan tables. Instrument for compilation of data was a questionnaire. To ensure the validity of the questionnaire expert panels were used and for the reliability Cronbach's alpha was used and its amount was obtained to be 0.84. Based on the results obtained in communication with barriers of agricultural development in the studied case region, 30 variables, with using factor analysis technique were summarized into five factors infrastructural, economic-managerial, natural, cultural and educational. The results showed that based on farmers perspectives, the infrastructural factor was the first barrier of region agricultural development. This factor explain about 24/40% of the total variance of the research variables. One of the major problems in the Qaratureh District is the lack of water. Part of this problem is lack of infrastructure and it is related in part to lack of financial resources and lack of farm capital. Therefore, it is suggested that the government supports farmers in order to establish agricultural development infrastructure such as Land Consolidation, water canalization, Sprinkler irrigation systems development, leveling and drainage lands and Granting of bank facilities.

The use of land management practices can reduce soil erosion, increase the productivity of agricultural land and can consequently increase agricultural production. However, various factors such as physical, technical, economic, and social can affect the decision of farmers to use sustainable land management practices. In this study, we study the important economic and social factors affecting the use of agricultural land management techniques by farmers in mountainous areas considering the financial and human resources capacity. The statistical population includes farmers' households (N= 514). Using Cochran formula, 200 households were selected by the random sampling method. The data gathering tool used is a questionnaire. To analyze the data from among 30 variables, the exploratory factor analysis (FA) was used in the first stage, in order to extract the factors arising from the matrix period. In the next step, the methods Land Management and Spearman correlations methods were used in order to identify the key economic and social factors that are most effective. The findings of the research show that among the eight factors identified by factor analysis, the four factors that significantly affect investment in sustainable land management are: 1) Access to support services; 2) Participatory management; 3) Income from sales of products; 4) Personal factors. Therefore, to enhance the investment there should be more support services to farmers (especially microcredit), as well as measures to further the cooperation in the field of sustainable land management (e.g., training of farmers).

Social health is essential in the social development of rural folks, especially rural women, in the welfare and promotion of their social and human capital. The purpose of this study is to determine the level of social health and its challenges from the perspective of rural women in the Kermanshah province. The research method used is descriptive-survey based on documentary and field method (using a questionnaire tool). The statistical population consisted of rural women in the Ghalaeshahin district in the province of Kermanshah (5561 people). 209 such women were selected according to Bartlett et al. Chart by two-stage cluster sampling. The results showed that most of the subjects studied had a moderate level of social health, communication skills and social support. Among the variables studied in the research, watching TV, active recreation, communication skills and social support with social health of rural women had a significant relationship. Finally, 49 percent of the variance was for the variables of active recreation, watching television and communication skills. In order to identify social health challenges, exploratory factor analysis was used and finally the five challenges namely economic, cultural, individual, institutional and management were determined. The most important challenge was the economic challenge that covered 13.43 percent of the total variance. Since communication skills and social health of rural women is moderate, we recommend that social health centers of welfare organization, national youth organizations and or rural extension agents as a social worker, with the participation of rural women to develop the educational content of communication skills and social health promotion.

Tourism development in rural areas is one of the main strategies to achieve rural development. The aim of this descriptive-analytical study is to analyze the impact of rural tourism in the socio-economic development of rural areas (Kesselian County) of Mazandaran province. Data collected using 190 questionnaires determined using Cochrane formula. The validity of the questionnaires were confirmed by Cronbach Alpha equal to 0.796. The results show that there is significant positive relationship between rural tourism and improve in rural household income, health, sewage and waste disposal systems as well as development of rural homes and roads. The factor analysis results show that the best important positive effects of rural tourism in rural areas are infrastructural development, economic development and development of employment; and main negative effects of rural tourism in rural areas are destruction of the business environment, increased of social abnormalities and destruction of cultural environment.
