Today, the role of creativity in the world economy and the development process of countries has been assessed as so important and key that creativity has played a significant role in the economic growth and development of the world. On the other hand, the capability of human resources has been able to establish the sustainability of this creativity for different levels of a country. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of capable households on the formation of creative villages. The purpose of the research is applied, and the research method is descriptive-analytical. Data and information were collected in both documentary and field form (questionnaire) in 5 dimensions of village households' capabilities (effectiveness, meaningfulness, competence, trust and right to choose). The statistical population of the research included heads of households in the villages of Roshtkhar Township, which was calculated based on Cochran's formula, and the sample size of 377 households was calculated and distributed randomly. To analyze the data of the methods, the network analysis model (ANP) and statistical analysis, spatial analysis and Super Decisions, GIS, SPSS software have been used. The realization findings show that the indicators of creativity of households (0.9725), job importance (0.9177), personality of households (0.8847) have the highest weight. Therefore, the fitted model is suitable for conducting the research, which shows a linear and direct relationship between the development of the formation of creative villages and capable rural households in the study area. Rural areas in the villages of Roshtkhar Township can be mentioned to provide financial needs from the managers of relevant government and private institutions. In this regard, considering the trend of globalization of villages, it is suggested that the low level of education among households can be a red light for rural planners.

Drought has caused great damage to agriculture and rural communities over the past years. In the last decade, the approach to dealing with natural conditions and events has given way to coping and living with them. One of the effective factors in reducing the effects of drought is building the capacity of villagers to deal with drought. The purpose of this study is to present scenarios affecting the capacity building of villagers to reduce the effects of drought. The type of research in this study is applied and descriptive-analytical in nature. The statistical population of the present study consists of two groups, the first group consists of 30 professors, specialists and experts related to the research topic and the second group consists of rural elites and villagers and members of the village Islamic council. The method of collecting library and field information (questionnaire, interview) was done, and structural analysis was used to analyze the data using Mick Mac software. Findings show, . Among the 36 indicators studied, the tendency to use the strategies of the past to reduce the effects of drought and the tendency to change the cultivation pattern to drought-resistant plants had the greatest impact on capacity building of villagers to reduce the effects of drought. According to the rankings obtained from the direct and indirect effects of variables, all 36 key influencing factors exist, both in direct and indirect effects. In other words, the study of indirect relationships between different factors shows that all factors in direct effects with a slight change in their rank are repeated exactly in indirect effects.

This study investigated the empowerment program of the local community of Ghale Ganj city in Kerman province on the empowerment of women in the villages of Sorkh Qale rural district. This research is used in terms of purpose and in terms of analytical-correlation method. The statistical population was 975 rural women covered by this project in the Red Fort area. 138 samples were obtained based on Cochran's formula. The data collection tool was a researcher-made questionnaire whose validity was confirmed by experts and its reliability was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha coefficient. Distribution and selection of samples were done based on their ratio and randomly. According to the results, the implementation of this plan in the dimension of personality has increased confidence, sense of independence, value and increased decision-making power in women, which in turn, their participation in council elections and management in their village in the social dimension has increased. Social credibility is the credibility of ideas and opinions in the family and society, as well as the proper upbringing of children in the family. But economically, the project has only created an entrepreneurial spirit among women and has not been successful in many economic variables. Therefore, creating conditions in the form of financing, creating appropriate credit and savings funds, and creating diversity in activities and educational programs among women to start economic activities, can lead to employment, savings and diversity in their economic activities. Be. Also, according to other research findings, there is a significant relationship between the variables of age, level of education and marital status of women with their empowerment.

Empowerment of rural households is one of the most important goals in all rural development plans as it is impossible to achieve without empowering the less affluent segments of society. Therefore, this research attempted to investigate the barriers and limitations to economic empowerment of rural households in the Central and Zeberkhan Districts of Nishapur County. The research method was a descriptive-analytic documentary field research. The required data were collected by completing village and household questionnaires and completing the field observation form. Rural households living in the study area (33041 households) constitute the statistical population of this study and the sample size has been determined using the Cochran's formula, 373 heads of households. Data analysis was performed using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) technique by Expert Choice software. Statistical and spatial analyses were carried out by SPSS and ArcGIS. The findings showed that there were sever or extremely sever barriers and limitations to the economic empowerment of 49.3% of the studied households. On the other hand, the results of comparing the average level of influence of the factors in the occurrence or intensification of barriers and limitations of economic empowerment of rural households confirm that indicators related to the lack of job opportunities with a coefficient of 0.1733, low income and uncertainty of its stability with a coefficient of 0.1661 and the weakness of resources and the inadequacy of production methods with a coefficient of 0.0501, are the most influential factors in the occurrence or intensification of obstacles and restrictions, respectively.

The resident life sustainability is very threatened despite the sole proprietorship and high potential of the natural resources of Seyyed Ali Watershed in the Razavi district of Mashhad County, Khorasan_Razavi Province, Iran, and also due to the deprivation and severe poverty. The research aims to investigate different aspects of sustainable rurality as well as to analyze the natural benefits to achieve relative independence in the livelihood. The statistical population was all individuals above 18, living in the watershed. The required data and information were collected through three methods, including field survey, in-depth interviews with residents as well as completing forms and researcher-made questionnaires. The results indicate that the residents of the basin are a family community. The village lacks almost all infrastructure facilities. Based on the results, the variables of natural attraction, fate, social cohesion, and social participation were the main factors affecting sustainable rurality. Poor health, low income, poor nutrition, low literacy, and the young population were the causes of underdevelopment. Surveys showed that the watershed has a high potential for investment. Besides, the potential for alternative livelihoods is high that can contribute to the livelihood and socio-biological life of the region. However, watershed residents must interact with institutions, particularly entrepreneurship and rural development.
