One of the solutions for agricultural development is the creation of conversion and complementary industries with the aim of preventing crop waste in agricultural development and rural entrepreneurship. Considering that one of the problems currently faced by date conversion and complementary industries in the Kerman province is the lack of innovation in these industries and the consequent lack of sufficient market share in the domestic and global markets has failed to contribute to employment and entrepreneurship for the region. For this purpose, the present study presents a focal strategy for development of conversion and complementary industries in the rural areas of Bam by using the SWOT method, survey and field studies. The results show that defense strategy (WT) is at the top of strategies in the development of conversion and complementary industries. Because of the region's high capacities, the threshold of innovation and creativity in the rural conversion sector needs to be revised and appropriate policies must be developed to address the constraints and use of existing rural and agricultural capabilities.

A research study with direct observational survey was used in order to study the factors influencing migration of villagers in the Charoymaq county – Iran. This study focused on the role of agriculture and the open-ended and closed-ended questionnaire technique were used. The sampling method used in this study was random cluster sampling and the total number of statistical samples used was chosen to be 200 according to Cochran's test. After collecting data from the questionnaires, descriptive and inferential statistical methods were used for data analysis. According to the results of non-parametric tests to investigate the effect of differences in variables related to individual characteristics including age, sex, education and previous occupation of immigrants on migration status, it was found that all variables are significant. In other words, these factors have a significant effect on migration rate. The main reasons for migration of all the people surveyed were problems in the field of agriculture and labor difficulties and the lack of supportive aspects. On the other hand, although migration in men (53%) is higher than women (16.7%), percentage interest in migration among men (21.3%) is lower than women (41.7%). These results are due to the fact that hardships of life in the countryside and traditional life of agricultures are greater than in that of urban life as women feel. According to the results, the main reasons for migration of Charoymaq villagers to cities are unemployment and low income in villages (38.5%), lack of welfare, health and educational facilities (33.5%) and lack of land and sufficient capital for agriculture (10%). According to Friedman’s test, in order to assess the effect of each factor on immigration, regardless of classification in terms of economic, social, cultural, infrastructural, demographic and environmental factors, in general, they were ranked 47 and overall, more employment opportunities rank first. Moreover, among these factors, drought and water scarcity in the region have also been cited as important factors, and more unemployment in the village appears to be due to a lack of proper agricultural management. In general, due to the pressure on the villagers during the recent droughts to provide the required water in the agricultural sector and lack of investment in controlling surface waters and extracting groundwater has had a major impact on migration. It is suggested that more attention be paid to management and investment in this regard.

The resident life sustainability is very threatened despite the sole proprietorship and high potential of the natural resources of Seyyed Ali Watershed in the Razavi district of Mashhad County, Khorasan_Razavi Province, Iran, and also due to the deprivation and severe poverty. The research aims to investigate different aspects of sustainable rurality as well as to analyze the natural benefits to achieve relative independence in the livelihood. The statistical population was all individuals above 18, living in the watershed. The required data and information were collected through three methods, including field survey, in-depth interviews with residents as well as completing forms and researcher-made questionnaires. The results indicate that the residents of the basin are a family community. The village lacks almost all infrastructure facilities. Based on the results, the variables of natural attraction, fate, social cohesion, and social participation were the main factors affecting sustainable rurality. Poor health, low income, poor nutrition, low literacy, and the young population were the causes of underdevelopment. Surveys showed that the watershed has a high potential for investment. Besides, the potential for alternative livelihoods is high that can contribute to the livelihood and socio-biological life of the region. However, watershed residents must interact with institutions, particularly entrepreneurship and rural development.

Villages can play a key role in achieving the goals of a resilient economy through the absorption of a large portion of the country's resources, which requires addressing the challenges ahead. The purpose of this study was to identify and analyze the challenges facing the realization of resistive economy in rural areas of Roodbarjanob descriptive-analytical method. The type of sampling in this study is stratified random. For this purpose, 7 villages with a population of over 100 and capable of agriculture (as the most important activity in the area) were selected from the settlements of this village as a total sample of 1119 According to Cochran's formula and calculating the 6% error, 167 people were selected as the sample. This process was implemented in 1396. Factor analysis was used to analyze the data and prioritize the challenges. At the end, the villages were ranked by using Prometheus software. The results showed that among the most important challenges in the realization of the resistive economy, the environmental hazard component has the highest impact factor. The results of Prometheus software showed that Aliabad and Abdul Abad villages were in the first priority with respect to the specified factor indices. Considering that these villages are the cradle of different economic talents, it is suggested to implement spinning, matting, poultry, livestock and bee projects, beeswax, various agricultural projects and medicinal plants cultivation. It could be a groundbreaking development for Brzeg in the countryside.

The excessive consumption of toxins, pesticides, and fertilizers in agriculture causes vital sources of water, soil, and food to be polluted. This problem has caused, experts to be considered energy consumption in agriculture, as one of the major environmental-threatening challenges. Energy consumption in crop and garden products are directly related to agricultural tillage systems. the purpose of this study was to evaluate the role of conservation agriculture systems on sustainable agriculture which, the irrigated wheat was surveyed in Hamadan province. 370 farmers were selected randomly from agricultural cooperatives. data were collected using a questionnaire and analyzed with Excel and Spss software. The findings showed that; the total input energy in the wheat production process, in the conservation tillage system, was (32GJ/h) and the output energy was (11GJ/h). the energy generated by diesel consumption with more than %42 as the main fossil fuel in the first place and fertilizer with %32 was in the second place. The results showed that; the low-tillage farming system is an important step towards optimal use of energy in agricultural production and achieving the sustainable agriculture and rural development is possible if, the principles of low conservation tillage-system are done correctly. In addition, the expansion of conservation agriculture systems, as well as using scenarios such as tax increase and monitoring systems, can reduce environmental impact and fulfill the sustainable agriculture goals.

The main responsibility of those in charge of rural development is adoption of proper strategies for effective sustainable management of the various aspects of production, distribution and consumption. The aim of this study is to study resilience and flexibility of villages in terms of production, distribution and consumption in different economic sectors and also explain the role of spatial organization of elements in resilience in the Cheshmeh-Sara district. The research method is descriptive-analytic. The method of collecting information is library search in documents and field study. Random sampling method was applied and the sample size was chosen to be 320 people according to Cochran’s statistical method. The data was analyzed using GIS and the SPSS software package. Spatial regression results indicate the relationship between resilience and elements of the spatial organization. The villages have more suitable lands that experienced a higher resilience, but only a few villages did not have such a situation. The least associated was the resilience of the spatial organization of the population. There has been a lot of volatility in the networks. Although Alikandi and Al-Balagh villages have the highest weight in communication networks but they have a low resilience. To this cause, its local coefficient ranged from 0.3 to 0.7. In general, the results indicate that the elements of spatial organization are resilient. The estimated local coefficient for them is 0.85, which indicates the high correlation of the entire village. Improving the quality of communication networks, creating small rural and domestic businesses, including the production of sweat, nuts, vegetable drying, dairy production that maintain the rural population, can increase rural resilience.

Rural tourism development can bring opportunities to rural communities such as economic growth, socio-cultural development, quality of life improvement and preservation of natural, cultural and environmental resources. So, identifying talented villages and planning for tourism development in these areas is essential. In this study, villages with tourism attractions in Lahijan County of Guilan province were studied and ranked based on 30 indices in eight general categories using information collected from management and planning organization of Guilan Province in 2018. In order to determine the weights of the understudy indices, the views of 10 experts, were analyzed using analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy analytic hierarchy process. Then, in order to prioritize the 10 selected villages of Lahijan County, additive ratio assessment, weighted aggregated sum product assessment and combined compromise solution, were used. The results of the criteria weighting showed that the criteria of natural features of the village and the economic criteria had the highest and the lowest importance, respectively. The results of three ranking methods showed that Sheikhanvar village with the tourism attractions of Sheikh-Zahed Guilani tomb and Sheikhanvar cave ranked first among all other villages. Development of tourism infrastructures in tourism target villages of Lahijan County based on the priority presented in this study can improve the tourism sector's contribution to the economy of Lahijan County.

Although it is important to improve all rural areas in the process of rural development, it is more important to pay attention to disadvantaged and less privileged areas in order to meet their basic needs and mitigate their differences. The first step in the process of planning and development of rural areas is to identify the facilities and determine the extent to which the settlements have different development opportunities. The aim of this study is to analyze and rank the levels of development and recognition of the most favored and deprived villages in Boyer Ahmad County. This is an applied study based on its purpose and descriptive-analytical based on the nature and method. The statistical population of the study is the districts of Boyerahmad County. In order to evaluate and rank the development levels of the villages, 38 indices were adjusted based on data from villages in 2016. These variables were weighted using Shannon entropy method and Topsis technique was used for data analysis. The results show that rural areas are at different levels in terms of development indicators. One district is in the relatively developed class, 3 districts are in the developing class, and the other 5 are in the relatively deprived class. In order to improve the status of rural development, it was suggested that in order to achieve balance in rural areas of the city, the attention goes to a decentralization policy in rural servicing.
