Data were collected through field studies (questionnaire, observation: selected and researcher-made indicators) and using library studies. To assess the reliability of the questionnaire, using Cronbach's alpha method with a rate of 0.830, the data for the research showed that it was satisfactory. SPSS software was used for data analysis. The Vickor model was also used to investigate the spatial distribution among the villages in which the pilot project was implemented. Findings indicate that the average effects of the master plan on the quality of life of rural areas studied in the one-sample test at the intermediate level (3). The concept of livability has emerged alongside sustainability as a slogan in public discourse and planning. In relation to the creation or preservation of cities, planners and policymakers cite the concept of livability as a guiding principle for investment and decision-making and shaping the urban social, economic, physical and biological environment, and livability. Are considered the standard of living and the general desirability of people living in a settlement like the city. One of the basic preconditions for planning in order to improve the quality of life and increase the level of sustainability in various communities is to identify the factors and elements that provide and affect urban viability that play a major role in strategic planning of the government. The present study aims to determine a framework for urban biodiability by evaluating strategic factors. The type of research is descriptive, analytical and survey according to the applied-development goal and in terms of nature and method. The information and data required for the research have been collected using documentary and field methods and from the opinions of experts. In order to analyze the data, Excel and SPSS software were used and to determine strategies and viability strategies, the SWOT model was used. Findings indicate that the city of Yasuj with a total of 29 strengths and opportunities with a weight score of 3.15 and 4.01, respectively, as advantages, has great potential for viability in various dimensions. But at the same time, 30 weaknesses and threats facing this region with a weight score of 3.49 and 3.44, respectively, as limitations show that it also faces challenges and problems. Therefore, raising the score of opportunities and weaknesses (OW) according to experts, the most important strategy for officials to make better use of opportunities and strengthen strengths and reduce weaknesses and prevent harm is a review strategy.

Statistical analysis of research data was performed using statistical software package (SPSS) and statistical tests of factor analysis and correlation analysis. In order to evaluate the factors affecting the quality of rural life, 15 variables were tested in three components using factor analysis model. The results of factor analysis showed that 68.49% of the total variance was attributed to the social and economic dimension affecting the quality of life of the villagers. In the last few decades, the concept of quality of life as one of the most fundamental development concepts that addresses the evaluation of individual and community’s well-being has attracted the scholars, the planners and the governments. Therefore, the aim of this study is to analyze the effects of the market orientation on the components of the quality of life in the Piran rural district. The method of this research is descriptive-analytic based on field data. The statistical population in this research is the villages of the Piran village which are subject to the central district of Piranshahr. The method of selecting villages in this research was based on their distance from the border market. The villages were divided into three categories according to their distance to the border market. Three villages were selected from each category. In order to complete the questionnaires, fifteen heads of households were considered equally in each village. A total of 135 questionnaires were completed by the samples. The findings showed that based on the views of the studied community, the quality of education, the quality of leisure time, the quality of health, and hygiene are all lower than the average. The border market did not have any impact on the improvement of these components of quality of life. The quality of infrastructure, employment and income, and the quality of the residential environment are moderately evaluated, suggesting that the border market has somewhat affected these components. Moreover, the results indicate that the village of Shin Abad is the highest and Badabad village has the lowest quality of life.

Promoting the quality of life is one of the key concepts of sustainable development that appears in all economic, social, cultural, environmental, physical and institutional fields. The main purpose of this article is measuring the sustainability of quality of life in rural settlements of the Hassanlou County that is from the Naghadeh County. The present study was conducted using descriptive-analytic method. The statistical population of the study consisted of two groups of rural households and local authorities. To determine the sample size, the Cochran model was used and available samples were used for sampling. Field information was gathered using a questionnaire. The collected data was analyzed using the SPSS software package and Pearson correlation coefficient, single sample T, one way analysis of variance, Tukey test and the multi-criteria decision making model WASPAS. The overall results from comparing the views of people and authorities showed that improving all of the indicators examined to sustain the quality of life in rural settlements is necessary. Therefore, there is a convergence between the views of both the people and the authorities. Overall, the research results showed that the level of quality of life in the studied range is lower than the average (with a score of 2.91). Also, the results of the WASPAS analysis showed that the villages of Hasanlou, Baranye Kord and Sheikh Ahmad, ranked one, two and three, in terms of quality of life, and in comparison with other settlements, they are in a medium level of sustainability.

Rural settlements have changed over time in different aspects. These changes can improve livability and quality of life in the settlements. In recent decades, one of the changes that the pre-urban villages have faced is that they were integrated into cities by the physical development of cities. This integration results in significant changes in various aspects of life and it can be useful in improving or reduction of viability of villages. The purpose of this research is the role analysis of social capital on the livability of integrated villages in the city of Miandoab. The research method used in this study was descriptive – analytical. Data collection tools were library research and field survey (observation, interviews and questionnaires). Multiple regression and geographically weighted regression were used for data analysis. The results show that in the Miandoab city, the villages that were closer to the city and had a better position relative to other cities in the region in terms of communications and potential for accepting immigrants and had a negative social capital coefficient. The low level of social capital in these villages has caused a reduction of their viability.
